Use different units-sold scenarios before booking an event. A price that looks profitable at 60 sales can behave very differently if the market produces only 25 or 30 sales.
Start with the per-item contribution: selling price minus direct unit cost and percentage payment fees. Then compare that contribution with the fixed cost of the event and the number of items you expect to sell.
A craft fair price has to cover more than the item itself. Fixed event costs such as the booth, travel, setup, and other event expenses reduce what you actually keep from sales.

Important assumptions
Results are planning estimates. Replace the default assumptions with your actual costs, rates, shipping arrangements, discounts, and sales volume. Marketplace and payment fees can change over time.
